This ice cream parlour in Hamilton is serving ice cream flights

You’ve probably had a flight of beer or wine before; but have you ever had a flight of ice cream?

That’s the delicious niche a Hamilton ice cream parlour is trying to fill by serving up eye-catchingly colourful ice cream flights just in time for the warm summer months.

Ancaster Ice Cream Parlour has shared the news via their social media that they are now offering ice cream flights or ‘Tasty Trays’ featuring a mix of any five of the parlour’s impressive 120 flavours.

The trays are perfect for sharing, consisting of five small cups of ice cream at approximately 2.5 ounces of ice cream each for a total of 12.5 ounces of ice cream, comparable to nearly four full-sized scoops of ice cream.

The flavours showcased in the ice cream flight shared by Ancaster Ice Cream Parlour give a great idea of the immense variety on offer here, with flavours ranging from refreshing ones like green apple and lavender lemonade, to richer selections like Eggies or Monster Cookie.
