This year’s festival features 40 food trucks, ice-cold beer, local performers, a children’s midway and eating challenges. No matter what your favourite kind of cuisine is, there’s bound to be something for the whole family to enjoy.
The food truck festival takes place at Spencer Smith Park and runs from 12 – 11 pm. Admission is free but make sure to bring your wallet to purchase some delicious eats!
Step into the most mysterious address in Hamilton and go on a one-of-a-kind tour with the Scottish Rite Ghost Walk.
The fully indoor walk will take you on a tour of the 120-year-old castle-like mansion and its haunted rooms. Prepare to feel spooked; you may encounter the mansion’s strong woman spirit, night security, and the haunted room that everyone avoids.
The ghost walk takes place at the Scottish Rite Cathedral. There are multiple tour times to choose from with each lasting approximately 80 minutes. Adult tickets are $16 and are available online. This is for entertainment purposes only.

Boasting more than 50 companies offering up musicals, dance, comedies, magic shows, dramas and family entertainment, there are nearly 400 performances to choose from.

The Hamilton Harbour Queen sets sail this weekend as your party destination. With a live DJ and an open dance floor, you can mix, mingle and dance your way into the night.
Hammer on the Harbour begins at 8 pm and sails until 11 pm. Tickets cost $28 and are available online. This is a 19+ event.
The Hamilton Children’s Museum is celebrating 40 years of providing fun, interactive education to kids. To give back to the community and celebrate the museum’s anniversary, the museum is having a free day of fun.
The festivities include both indoor and outdoor activities, glitter tattoos, popcorn and refreshments.
The celebration runs from 10 am to 2 pm and is open to all ages. Admission is completely free.

Trinity Presbyterian Church invites you to celebrate summer and join them for a free summer barbecue.
The barbecue will feature delicious food, refreshing drinks and great company. While the adults mix and mingle, there will be plenty of fun activities for the kids.
The community barbecue takes place at Trinity Presbyterian Church and runs from 12 – 2 pm. All ages are welcome.
Steeltown Garage Co. is celebrating its first birthday in style. Whether you own a motorcycle or not, all are welcome to come and celebrate the shop’s milestone.
The celebration includes a raffle where 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Hamilton Interval House. Items being raffled off include a Biltwell Lanesplitter, a pair of Red Wing Iron Rangers and a perforated leather moto jacket. Fry Hard Canada will also be serving up some good eats.
The party goes from 12 – 5 pm. Admission is free but make sure you bring your wallet for the raffle tickets.
