WestJet adding flights from Hamilton to Halifax and St. Johns

Travellers will have more choice for Canadian destinations out of Hamilton’s airport this summer.

Popular airline WestJet has announced their 2024 summer program of destinations from John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport in Mount Hope, adding access points to Eastern Canada.

Beginning in May and ending in October, regular domestic flights to Halifax, Nova Scotia and St. John’s, Newfoundland will run multiple times each week out of Hamilton’s airport, according to a release.

WestJet will also continue to offer non-stop connectivity to Orlando, Florida and Calgary, Alberta.

“The variety of domestic and international destinations available, combined with the ease and convenience of travelling through Hamilton International is ideal for those looking to embark on a family vacation, solo adventure or weekend getaway this summer,” says Cole Horncastle, Executive Managing Director of Hamilton International Airport.
