Hamilton’s craft beer fans will not want to miss an exciting event celebrating a local brewery’s tenth anniversary.
Collective Arts Brewing will be hosting A Creative Trip – a two-day event featuring live music, art, beer, cocktails, and more – at their Burlington Street brewery on September 22nd & 23rd.
The music lineup will consist of U.S. Girls, Georgia Harmer, Chastity, Moon King, and a DJ set from The Dirty Nil on the Friday, and Born Ruffians, Dijah SB, Dilettante, and Marci on the Saturday.
The event will also feature live tattooing sessions, an interactive projection art experience called Never Gonna GIF You Up, a pop-up gallery by event designer Cat Dirty, and lots more.
The brewery will be launching two limited edition drinks to commemorate the event: their “Ten Candles” Pastry IPA and “Ten Candles – Gin Fizz” Cocktail with Blackberry and Peppercorn.
They will also be serving drinks from fellow Hamilton breweries Fairweather, Clifford, Grain & Grit, and MERIT, as well as Willibald from Ayr, Ontario.
Food vendors will include the Heartbreak Chef slinging jerk chicken and special sides all weekend long, as well as Hamilton’s own Get Your Own Taters and Toronto Filipino BBQ spot Slow Jams.
Finally, Hamilton’s favourite dive bar Farside will be hosting a pop-up cocktail bar with a selection of specially-crafted cocktails featuring Collective Arts spirits that will only be available at the event.
