A kite festival is happening in Hamilton soon

If you’re looking to get outdoors and fly a kite this summer, you’ll want to check out a kite festival happening in Hamilton soon.
Presented by Florentines Events, the Uttarayan Kite Festival will take place on July 15-16 2023 from 11am-5pm at Waterdown’s Courtcliffe Park.
The festival will feature an international kite flyer’s show, market vendors, a live DJ, and Indian food.
Entry tickets are as low as $10 and MUST be booked in advance. There will be no on-site tickets available at the event.
Discounts are available for groups of 10 or larger, which can be arranged by contacting Florentines Events on their website.
Attendees should keep in mind that outside kites and food are not permitted on the grounds. The $15 pass includes a kite and thread to use at the festival.
