A new spot for Indian fusion cuisine just opened in Hamilton

Those who love the intensely aromatic, rich flavours of Indian cuisine now have a new spot in Hamilton to get a taste of.

Masala Grill opened its doors this week along Concession Street on the Hamilton Mountain, taking an approach to their menu that features a balance of more traditional Indian dishes with some twisty fusion offerings.

Classic Indian bites like samosas, tandoori chicken, hearty biryani, comforting curries, and much more are on offer here; but those who want to go with something a little different have playful options like butter chicken poutine or butter paneer nachos to dig into as well.

Vegan dishes, wraps, desserts, and handmade drinks round things off on a menu that’s got an embarrassment of riches for choice and something for pretty much any palate.
