Though they’ve been open and slinging pies for a full year already, a Hamilton pizzeria with a playful superhero theme is hosting a special grand opening celebration this weekend.
Power Pizza, located at 134 Ottawa Street North, has become a popular pick for pizza lovers in Hamilton since opening with a loaded menu of specialty pies, calzones, deep-fried sides, salads, and more.
…we postponed our Grand Opening in 2021 due to restrictions 😷…but now it's time to celebrate!🥳

Their initial opening in 2021 was relatively unceremonious due to limitations brought on by the pandemic; but Power Pizza is making up for lost time by throwing a little celebration that functions both as a belated grand opening and a marking of their one-year anniversary.
At noon on Saturday, May 7th, locals can stop by Power Pizza to grab a bite and be part of the official ribbon cutting by Hamilton’s Mayor Fred Eisenberger.
Join in to mark the occasion this weekend, and check out Power Pizza’s website to see more of what this mighty little spot has to offer!
