A new spot for Ukrainian food has opened in Hamilton

Hamilton food lovers, take note: a new spot for authentic Ukrainian eats has opened in the city.

The spot is called InKi Eats, and they offer curbside pickup for some tantalizing, modern Ukrainian comfort dishes available just once a week on Wednesdays from 5 pm to 9 pm.

Dishes can be pre-ordered for pickup on InKi Eats’ website, with a range of homemade soups, salads, meat items, desserts, and more on offer; many of which are served frozen and ready to be easily reheated at home.

Highlights of the stacked menu include the chicken croquette, which is served with a side of buckwheat; the Olivier Salad, which is a flavourful Ukrainian take on the potato salad; and the potato pancakes, known as Deruny, which are best served for breakfast or as a side dish or appetizer.

Other Ukrainian classics like borscht and beet salad alongside desserts like Napoleon cake round out the menu, meaning Hamilton foodies have everything they need to assemble a great locally-made meal from start to finish.

Check out InKi Eats on Instagram for more, and see the full menu on their website.
