According to a release from the city, the work being completed will include watermain and sewer replacement, road and sidewalk reconstruction, road resurfacing, and improvements to the intersection.
The city anticipates that the work will take approximately 4 weeks to complete, with an end date projected on or before May 4th, 2022, weather permitting.
Drivers and cyclists will be able to follow signs for detour, and drivers and public transit users should expect delays and allow for more travel time for the duration of the project and road closure.
If residents and businesses in the area are impacted by noise, dust, or changes in water services, they will be notified in advance.
