A stunning new spot for French-inspired cuisine has freshly opened its doors in Hamilton.
Le Tambour Tavern is now taking reservations for its eye-catching dining room on James Street North at Murray Street, where it occupies the former home of This Ain’t Hollywood.
The space’s previous life as an iconic Hamilton music venue has been completely transformed with Le Tambour’s stylish interior, complete with exposed brick and a centrepiece horseshoe bar.
So what can be expected at Le Tambour Tavern? While a menu hasn’t been shared online yet, Chef and Owner Teo Paul – of famous Toronto spots like Union and Côte de Bœuf – shares his French-inspired offerings featuring live-fire cooking, gorgeous meat dishes, shareable items like oysters, and more.
Curated wine, local beer, and cocktails round things off at a restaurant that looks like it will offer something quite different in the Hamilton food scene!
Reservations can be made on Le Tambour Tavern’s website. Follow them on social media here.
