Derek Doyle on the hottest housing market in the country

Hamilton has recently been deemed the hottest housing market in the country—sure, we’ll accept that with pride. Some of Hamilton’s booming neighbourhoods include the James North area, Central, Durand, Corktown, and Kirkendall (Locke Street Area). To find out where this boom came from, how long we can expect it to last, and where it is going next, we spoke with Derek Doyle, Broker and Founding Partner of Ambitious Realty Advisors.

Derek Doyle is hard to be summered up with just one title. He started his career as a Sales Representative for Royal LePage where he quickly found his place and was a natural. Doyle left Royal LePage two months ago, however, to start his own brokerage, Ambitious Realty Advisors. He is also the Chair of YEP Hamilton (Young Entrepreneurs and Professionals), he is on the Board of Directors of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, and on the Board of Hamilton Hive.
