An annual arts festival is back in Hamilton for 2024 with a stacked lineup of free events all week long.
Frost Bites – a sister event to summer’s Hamilton Fringe Festival – takes on a somewhat different format from its usual approach of site-specific live performances and installations, now favouring community-embedded arts events for all ages and free of charge to attend.
Running until February 18th at Bernie Morelli Recreation Centre (876 Cannon Street East), enjoy activities including a lantern-making workshop, traditional Indigenous hide tanning, skating lessons, Culture Mix Through Music with Ahmed and Tangi, synchronized skating performances by Matrix Star Teams, an Indigenous marketplace, and much more.
It’s a packed schedule of fun, interactive, family-friendly activities to partake in throughout the week that will leave attendees inspired. Don’t miss out!
Frost Bites runs in Hamilton until February 18th, with a variety of events happening each day. See more and check out a schedule on the Hamilton Fringe Festival website.
