New neighbourhood diner opens in Hamilton and the food looks delicious

Homestyle diner comforts made with great ingredients are the name of the game at a new neighbourhood diner opening to the public in Hamilton on Thursday, February 15th.

Rosales Diner occupies 303 Dundurn Street South in the restaurant space that most famously held Ray’s Boathouse and also saw Berkeley North open a second location – BN Local – for a brief stint last year.

Owned and operated by Roman Kremnev – also of popular Italian bakery and cafe Artie’s on Locke Street – the family-friendly diner features an accessible menu of quality comfort bites including patty melts, grilled cheeses, diner-style breakfast plates, soups, salads, and shareable sides.

The restaurant will be open from 8 am to 4 pm Thursday through Sunday, serving breakfast and lunch with the promise of adding dinner to the lineup in the future.

Excitement has been high for this new neighbourhood spot, and we can’t wait to check it out ourselves!

Visit Rosales Diner starting Thursday, February 15th, and follow them on social media for more.
