Hamilton Italian spot CIMA Enoteca has opened a second location in Burlington

One of Hamilton’s favourite spots for modern Italian cuisine is so popular, it just opened a new second location in the neighbouring city of Burlington.
CIMA Enoteca, a semi-recent addition to Locke Street’s bustling foodie scene, quickly cemented itself as a standout among Hamilton’s many, many Italian eateries. With fresh pastas, Neapolitan pizzas, sharing plates, and a large list of wines and cocktails, it’s not uncommon to see CIMA regularly packed with local food lovers.
Now, with their popularity inspiring a second sit-down restaurant officially open for dinner service in Burlington as of August 20th, CIMA’s menu of elevated Italian eats will also now be available at the new Brant Street sister location.
Actually, CIMA’s new Burlington location was ready to open its doors a couple of months ago; however, the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic meant that the restaurant had to simply offer its line of pizzas and pasta for pickup and delivery only until they were given the go-ahead to open for in-person dining.
Now that the dining room is able to open, locals can visit in person for their taste of dishes both classic and elevated such as CIMA’s margherita pizza topped with prosciutto di Parma, gnocchi in a house-made white truffle sauce, Cacio e Pepe, and a yellow beet & ricotta salad with white wine vinaigrette.
