Hamilton’s Royal Botanical Gardens is hosting a winter jazz fest

The Royal Botanical Gardens is hosting a Jazz music festival full of fun activities this winter!

Hamilton’s well known RBG has been hosting what is called the WinterTide fest since early February, and it will continue until the 18th of March on Thursdays and Saturdays.

WinterTide takes place at the Rock Garden area of the gardens which includes access to the Rock Garden Visitor Centre, the Rock Garden Bistro and of course, the pathways of the garden.

RBG is working with T.U. Jazz Fest to put on great jazz performances at WinterTide. Some of the upcoming artists include Ryan Gazolla Band, Junestone, Kirk MacDonald, John Amato Quartet and Heather Bambrick.

Guests will be able to grab a snack or a cocktail, and enjoy the music while sitting in the lounge or even taking a relaxing stroll through the garden!

WinterTide is an evening event that runs from 5:30-10:00 pm so you can grab your friends and head down to end your night!

Seating is first come first serve but if you’d like, there is a reservation option that includes a guaranteed dinner table for your group.

For admission, you must be 19 years of age and ID will be checked at the door. For more information on ticket sales and scheduling, check out the RBG website here.
