Handmade market Craftadian brings 150+ artisans and makers to Hamilton

One of Hamilton’s biggest handmade markets featuring over 150 local and regional artists, artisans, designers, and makers is returning with a stacked springtime event.

Craftadian is hosting its Spring Handmade Market on Saturday, April 6th and Sunday, April 7th from 10 am to 4 pm at McMaster Innovation Park (175 Longwood Rd S), and locals who love unique handmade treasures won’t want to miss out.

Founded in 2011 by Jacqueline Hunter as the Made by Hand Show before rebranding in 2015, Craftadian has grown into one of Hamilton’s most anticipated markets and a prime place to check out the latest by some unique, homegrown small businesses and makers.

A different lineup of vendors will be on hand each day – making the market an event well worth visiting the whole weekend – and will offer everything from clothing to home décor to jewelry to food to body products to artwork and beyond.

Just a few of the Hamilton-based products expected include hot sauce by Steel City Sauce Co, honey products by Humble Bee, sensory toys by Sensory Club, jewelry by Catmamola Ceramics, greeting cards by Black Sheep Card Shop, gourmet soup by Soups From Me to You, wood furniture and decor by Provo Custom Woodworking, paintings by Pat Greene Art, silver jewelry by silver:smith, and many more.

A celebration of small-batch wares and handmade treasures, Craftadian’s spring market has all the makings of an event you shouldn’t miss if you love shopping local. You might just find your new favourite small business!
