Italian restaurant opens its doors in Ancaster

Homestyle Italian eats are on the menu at a new restaurant that recently opened its doors in Ancaster.
Famiglia Ristorante is located at 2 Cameron Drive in the former home of Sammy’s Restaurant, serving up all kinds of authentic Italian comforts in a homey setting.
Expect a menu of stone oven pizzas, pastas, salads, antipasti, paninis, homemade gelato, and so much more rounded out by a wine list, kids’ menu, and other desserts like affogato and tiramisu.
The restaurant makes use of high-quality ingredients in their dishes, too: red sauces are made with D.O.P San Marzano tomatoes, and other offerings like Italian sausage are homemade.
By all accounts, this looks like an enticing new addition to the Italian food scene in Hamilton, and we can’t wait to check it out for ourselves!
