Jean’s Flower Shop is celebrating their annual Good Neighbour Day tomorrow.
Good Neighbour Day is a celebration of kindness, sharing and thoughtful gestures.
To promote goodwill across the city, Jean’s Flower Shop is providing each shop patron with a dozen free roses. The idea is to keep one rose for yourself and to hand the other 11 out to people in the community.
You could give a rose to a friend, family member, co-worker or even a perfect stranger. Each rose represents a kind, thoughtful gesture; one rose could truly brighten someone’s day.
Roses will be available at both Jean’s Flower Shop locations – 509 Upper Wellington Street and 2520 Regional Road 54. Patrons can receive their roses as early as 7 am; roses will be available while supplies last.
To keep with the theme of goodwill, Jean’s Flower Shop will also be collecting food bank donations. If you’re able to, please bring one or two non-perishable goods with you when picking up your flowers.
