New bakery and plant shop soft-launches in Hamilton

Plants and pastries are the name of the game at a new shop soft-launching in Hamilton this weekend.
Pinch is a new bakery and plant shop opening at 183 Sherman Avenue North right by the Playhouse Cinema, specializing in curated house plants and all sorts of tempting baked goods made in-house.
This small business will be familiar to Hamiltonians who have seen Pinch at festivals and pop-ups in the city, or visited their temporary pop-up shop along James North last year.
While there are still pieces of the new shop to be put together including kitchen updates, Pinch will be soft-launching its plant shop this Saturday, June 17th from 10 am to 3 pm with a mini celebration including vintage vendor Reformed Goods, eats provided by Sunny Pies & Rolls, live music by Noise Pollution Rock School, and more.
The shop will also be accepting food donations for Community Fridges HamOnt, and there will even be slushies and free slices of cake.
Pinch is an exciting and unique new spot for Hamilton and we can’t wait to check it out ourselves!
