New bakery in Hamilton is making New York chunk cookies

Cookie lovers, take note: a new bakery specializing in New York-style chunk cookies recently launched in Hamilton. 

Cakey Bakeshop is an online bakery that’s already been earning strong reviews for their take on the New York cookie: thick, soft on the inside, and loaded with delicious mix-ins. 

Though the small-batch bakery currently operates remotely and accepts inquiries over email or direct message on Instagram, they appear to have plans to launch a website and expand their offerings in the near future.

Just some of the drool-worthy desserts Cakey Bakeshop have offered in the past include cookie flavours like Mini Egg, Biscoff, Red Velvet, triple chocolate, and – of course – a classic chocolate chip.
