New steak & seafood restaurant Victoria’s is now open in Hamilton

After much mouth-watering anticipation, Hamilton’s newest high-end steak and seafood restaurant has officially opened its doors in the downtown area.

Victoria’s, the sleek and chic new restaurant which sits at the corner of King and Locke in the former Rolly Rockets BBQ space, is a sister spot to the popular east end Italian bistro Caro; only, with a decidedly different menu.

The focus at Victoria’s is exquisite steak and seafood dishes, with share plates and entrees including fresh oysters, seared scallops, black cod, and cuts of Canadian prime steak from tenderloin to ribeye pairable with a comprehensive list of sides.

Or, if you’re in the mood for something a little different, the menu at Victoria’s also features dishes beyond steak like Cornish hen, burgers, or pork chops prepared with thoughtfully matched accompaniments.

With a list of house desserts rounding out the menu, Victoria’s is a new Hamilton restaurant that practically screams ‘special occasion.’ Reservations are being taken now, so grab your table and get your first taste of Hamilton’s newest fine dining experience!
