Popular Canadian burger chain opens its first Hamilton location

Meat lovers have a new spot to check out as a small Canadian chain for gourmet burgers and more has opened its first location in Hamilton.
Big Smoke Burger has become a popular choice for high quality takes on fast food staples like burgers, fries, chicken burgers, poutine, and more.
The restaurant has national locations in Canada – including cities like Toronto, Ottawa, Niagara, Rocky View, and Winnipeg – and even has a few spots in the United Arab Emirates.
Burgers here are made fresh to-order using high quality and gourmet ingredients, with a list of signature handhelds piled with toppings including standard ones like lettuce, tomato, and pickles; or slightly more unusual ones like pineapple, crispy onion strings, and pulled pork.
The first Big Smoke Burger location in Hamilton is at 2070 Rymal Road East, where it has been serving up orders since it launched back in December 2022.
