Seasoned Restaurant is set to open soon in Hamilton

One door closes, and another opens: shortly after hidden gem Italian bistro Nino’s Ristorante closed up forever, a new restaurant is set to take its place on King William Street.
Seasoned Restaurant, opening in the intimate space at 162 King William Street right beside Theatre Aquarius, is promising a menu of modern bistro fare inspired by French and Italian cuisines to bring another intriguing dining experience to the International Village.
While the nitty gritty details are still on the downlow, Hamilton foodies can rest assured that Seasoned Restaurant is preparing to bring their A-game.
Restaurant owners Matt and Will Gaynor are not just brothers, they’re also chefs with over 35 years of combined experience in the culinary industry. With heavy time spent working their magic in international high-end kitchens and bistros, the Gaynors will be bringing their time-honed skills and expertise to the dishes at Seasoned.
Though a specific opening date isn’t set yet, Seasoned Restaurant is documenting their gradual progress on Instagram, and will probably be opening their doors for lunch and dinner service in Hamilton sooner than we think. Keep your eyes peeled!
