Burlington’s breakfast lovers have a brand new spot to get up early for.
Benedict Eatery is a new breakfast joint that opened recently at 418 Pearl Street in Burlington, serving up a stacked menu of morning bites and homestyle comforts.

On top of loaded breakfast platters feature all of the usual suspects like bacon, eggs, and toast, Benedict Eatery also has omelettes, waffles, pancakes, French toast, and a handful of health-conscious dishes on offer.
True to the spot’s name, there’s also an enticing list of Eggs Benedict options here, from a classic Benny to less traditional creations like the Meat Lovers Benny, topped with a trifecta of bacon, ham, and sausage; or the Santa Fe Benny with black beans, peppers, corn, avocado, red onion, and cheddar.
Lunch selections like sandwiches, wraps, and salads round things off here on a menu that’s pretty much guaranteed to have something for everyone.
