Ackroo is moving its headquarters from Ottawa to Hamilton

The headquarters of a major company is making the move to Hamilton soon.
Ackroo, a tech company that assists with brand strategy, marketing, payment processing, and customer loyalty solutions for other businesses and companies of all sizes, currently has its head office operating out of Ottawa.
However, with continued struggles to attract and maintain enough suitable talent for its team as the company grows, Ackroo has set its sights on Hamilton as their new official headquarters.
The move should be relatively seamless. Hamilton already has 25 Ackroo employees working within the city, signalling the company’s ongoing plans to gradually relocate from Ottawa, where Ackroo currently holds only 4 employees.
The Ottawa office is set to close entirely at the end of January, and according to Ackroo CEO Steve Levely, there’s lots more local hiring to come as the company settles down in the Hammer.
A company showing significant growth with over $15 million in revenues for 2019, Ackroo currently services businesses in the automotive, petroleum, retail, and hospitality industries. Current clients include Landmark Cinemas, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Splitsville Entertainment, and Husky Energy.
