Caro is opening a new restaurant on Locke Street

Hamilton’s Caro Restaurant just announced that they’re not only expanding, but going in completely new directions with a new restaurant project on Locke Street: Victoria’s.
Caro recently teased a tiny sneak peek on social media of Victoria’s, which will be opening at the corner of King and Locke very soon. While Caro has become a well-known Ottawa Street staple for modern Italian fare and cocktails, it seems Victoria’s will be doing something a little different.

“Victoria’s will be a different concept – steak & seafood and so much more!” said Caro Restaurant in reply to eager questions from excited followers on their Facebook page.
Early looks at initial design concepts shared on the Victoria’s Facebook page give an intriguing hint of what’s to come. Hamiltonians can likely expect a new fine dining experience with a menu and aesthetic leaning in the direction of sophisticated, sleek, and chic.
With local diners on watch and more details to come as the weeks go by, one thing about Victoria’s is pretty certain: if it’s even half as good as Caro, Hamilton food lovers are in for a treat.
