Hamilton’s fast-growing, iconic craft brewery and distillery has announced an exciting extension of their line of libations today.
Collective Arts, known as the Hammer’s OG craft brewery, just announced that their sister distillery will be releasing their very first sparkling gin cocktail in a can, just in time for sipping in the spring and summer sun.
The first canned cocktail release, with more sure to come, is a Dry Gin & Soda with Grapefruit, Lemon, & Thyme; a crushable sipper using a base of Collective Arts’ own Artisanal Dry Gin that promises to burst with bright citrus goodness and balanced herbal undertones courtesy of the thyme, lavender, and cardamom. All natural, all delicious.
The addition of a distillery to Collective Arts’ operations is pretty new. Previously, Collective Arts was known exclusively as a brewery, pumping out some of Hamilton’s best and sturdiest IPAs, sours, lagers, and barrel-aged fare in their massive North End facility.
Recently, the company expanded their operations to include a distillery, releasing their original dry gin which later spun off into variations including the addition of adjuncts like rhubarb, hibiscus, and plum.
Collective Arts Distilling’s Dry Gin & Soda with Grapefruit, Lemon, & Thyme will be released to the LCBO beginning in mid-April.
