In Hamilton, we call ourselves a cultural melting pot. Each and every day we meet people from all different walks of life, try food from all corners of the globe, and come together to learn from one another.
This Wednesday, Eathiopia Company is hosting EATHIOPIA, a night to shine a spotlight on Ethiopian culture, cuisine, and community.
Beginning at 6 pm, guests will be able to enter, check-in, and enjoy a cocktail hour.
At 7 pm, there will be entertainment and guests will be seated. Once seated, guests will be shown an Ethiopian etiquette demonstration.
At this time, appetizers and dinner will be served with a brief description of each dish. A cash bar will be open during and after dinner.
As the night winds down, guests will enjoy a traditional coffee ceremony. To end the night, there will be a closing performance.
The evening will take place on Wednesday, July 11 at Lord Byron Steakhouse in Waterdown. The event will run from 6 to 9:30 pm. Tickets are only $40 and are available online.
