These disruptions mean that Hamilton Street Railway (HSR) services are impacted until the issue is rectified.
HSR buses are running on their usual schedule, but without the aid of their computerized schedules, meaning that transit times may be more out of sync than is typical.
Additionally, the on-board bus stop annunciators are not currently operational. Transit users are advised to pay close attention to their forthcoming stops and can ask a bus operator for assistance if needed.
The HSR’s phone and email lines are also down for the time being, as is the HSRNow smartphone app. Local transit users can consult online PDF bus schedules.
DARTS transportation services remain operational, and locals can reach them by phone at 905-529-1717.
The city will continue to provide updates via their website as staff work to rectify the outage.
