Hamilton spot for poké bowls moves to former Cannon Coffee

A Hamilton spot for fresh and flavourful poke bowls has made a (literal) move.

Poké Co is one of the Crown Point neighbourhood’s most noteworthy food spots, serving up hearty and healthy poke bowls loaded with proteins like various cuts of raw fish, fresh vegetables, and house sauces over sushi rice.

Though Poké Co’s first location originally opened at 193 Ottawa Street North, it has since moved just a handful of doors down to 179 Ottawa Street North at the corner of Ottawa and Cannon: a spot best known for more recently being the home of Cannon Coffee, which itself moved across the street just a few months ago.

The former Cannon Coffee is more or less unrecognizable, the walls now adorned with Poké Co’s vibrantly colourful décor and a menu that’s a far cry from coffee and waffles.

Locals can still expect all their Poké Co favourites at the new location, including the Easy-E with ahi tuna, ponzu sauce, and tons of toppings; the Nacho Libre dressed with spicy chicken and sriracha mayo; and the option to build your own bowl with Poké Co’s considerable array of options.

Go check out the freshly reopened Poké Co in their new home at 179 Ottawa Street North, and follow them on social media here
