A popular Hamilton restaurant is going through some changes.
Earth to Table Bread Bar – known as a spot for high quality dishes crafted with local ingredients that opened its first location in 2010 – has changed its name to Bardō, signalling a new chapter for this local staple of the food scene.
However, though the name and overall look is different, the tasty food will remain the same, with their slogan “good ingredients matter” also remaining intact.
Prior to the name change, Bardō’s popularity saw it expand beyond its Locke Street flagship with another Hamilton location on James North and locations in Burlington and Guelph.
The restaurant is perhaps most popular for its creatively topped pizzas, but they’re also no slouch with burgers, sandwiches, salads, share plates, cocktails, and more.
See more about Bardō on their social media.
