Hamilton’s Soupfest returns with in-person event for 2023

Time to get your slurp on, Hamilton: Soupfest is making a delicious return with an in-person event for 2023.
Hosted by Living Rock Youth Resources, the annual Soupfest makes for an ideal winter antidote, bringing together a diverse array of fresh soups, stews, and curries from some of Hamilton’s best restaurants.
For the past few years due to the pandemic, Soupfest has been hosted in a remote format, with locals able to visit participating restaurants to pick up a special feature soup for takeaway.

This year, the festival goes back to its roots with a one-day event on Tuesday, February 28th from 11:30 am to 7 pm at the Hamilton Convention Centre with more than a dozen soup-makers present to ladle out some bowls of the good stuff.
The participating restaurants for 2023 include spots like Nellie James, The Thirsty Cactus, Afrolicious, Gage Park Diner, Chef Nina’s Creative Kitchen, Mat Salleh, Stuffed Perogies, the Royal Botanical Gardens, Baci Ristorante, and – of course – The Burnt Tongue.
Tickets for Soupfest 2023 are $20, which includes four 4oz bowls of soup from the vendors of your choice.
This is one of Hamilton’s tastiest annual events, so go check out Soupfest at the Hamilton Convention Centre (1 Summers Lane) on Tuesday, February 28th from 11:30 am to 7 pm!
