Mystic Ramen is opening a second location on Barton Street

Slurp-happy ramen lovers of Hamilton are going to be thrilled: Mystic Ramen is set to open their own brick & mortar location on Barton Street this spring.
A Hamilton Farmers’ Market favourite as part of the lower level Real Food Court, Mystic Ramen has already won over Hamilton foodies with their extremely delicious, fully customizable ramen bowls with a choice of base broth, tare, noodles, and protein like chicken or pork.
Through some teases on Instagram, Mystic Ramen announced their forthcoming plans to open up shop on Barton Street, with an expanded space and, excitingly, an expanded menu that goes beyond their famous ramen.
“Indeed, we will be offering appetizers, small plates, and rice bowls,” said Mystic Ramen in response to curious patrons on social media. “We want to add Donburi bowls and Bao! Cocktails and local craft beer on tap too!”
While a precise Barton Street location and opening date have yet to be publicly announced, the wait shouldn’t be too much longer: word on the street is that Mystic Ramen is planning to open up its second location sometime in March. Ready your chopsticks and appetites, Hamilton!
