New Hamilton distillery is launching its first spirit

Hamilton is getting a brand new distillery, and they’re about to launch their first bottled spirit.
The Hamilton Distillery Company has been steadily building local awareness through social media for a while now, but this is the first time they’ll be releasing one of their small-batch spirits for sale.
Their first bottled spirit is their premium handcrafted Vodka, made with Ontario ingredients and set for release very soon through the LCBO.
A 750ml bottle will cost $34.50, and the Hamilton Distillery Company describes its 40% ABV Vodka as one that offers “flavours of citrus fruit, floral notes, and spice. Creamy and round on the palate with a warm peppery finish.”
A formal release date for the vodka is still to come, but locals can follow Hamilton Distillery Company on social media to stay updated on this and all future releases!
