Popular food truck opening brick & mortar location in Hamilton

A Hamilton food truck known for its nutritious eats is getting ready to open its first brick & mortar location in the city.
Green Machine Food Truck has long been a staple of festivals and other events in Hamilton and the surrounding area, standing out for healthier street food fare like fresh smoothies, handmade juices, wraps, salads, and more.
Since launching in 2016 with owner Mike Saratsiotis at the helm, Green Machine has seen enough success to allow for the opening of a storefront at 664 Concession Street on the Hamilton Mountain, which most recently held Jonny Blonde Kitchen.
While an opening date is still to come, Saratsiotis says the location will be a year-round takeaway spot for all the familiar Green Machine favourites and more like fruit smoothies, wraps, soups, coffee, baked goods, and beyond.
It’s always exciting to see homegrown independent food spots lay down roots on the Hamilton Mountain and we can’t wait to visit Green Machine as it opens its doors soon!
