Rib Fest returns to Hamilton this weekend

Lovers of all things smoked, fried, sauced, and barbecued will want to get themselves down to Hamilton’s Gage Park this weekend. 

That’s because the Hamilton Rib and Beer Fest, hosted by Northern Heat Rib Series, will be taking place at the park this Friday, August 25th to Sunday, August 27th. 

The main attraction, of course, will be the variety of food vendors and award-winners pumping out their best ribs, pulled pork, brisket, fried chicken, and so much more as the perfect end-of-summer indulgence.

A selection of Molson beers will complete the tasty picture, but the Hamilton Rib and Beer Fest will also feature activities and live entertainment including music performances all weekend long. 

Some of the artists in the lineup include Johnny Anderson, Whiskey Sunset, John Atlee Band, Wicked Truth, The AC/DC Show, Big Dan and the Topside Band, Jack Sith, Chris Chambers, Thunderbirds, and Troy Harmer & the Persuaders. 

A summer in Hamilton would feel a little incomplete without a rib fest, so head down to Gage Park this weekend on Friday from 4 pm to 11 pm; Saturday from 12 pm to 11 pm; and Sunday from 12 pm to 7 pm!
