Spot for adorable mini pancakes opens in Hamilton

If there’s a cuter food than mini pancakes, we sure haven’t found it; and thankfully, a new Hamilton pop-up is bringing the goods. 

Always Pancakes is serving up delicious mini pancakes every Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm at The Kitchen Collective, a commissary kitchen located at 811 King Street East.

Locals can expect a bowlful of adorable, warm mini pancakes – roughly the size of silver dollar coins – loaded up with attractive toppings like whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or fresh fruit including strawberries and bananas. 

Launched as a family business by Hamilton couple Ivonne and Cristian, Always Pancakes is Ontario’s first mini pancake catering company. Recently, they did a stint at Eastgate Square before shifting to The Kitchen Collective for weekend service.
