The arts and culture scene in Hamilton is coming in hot for 2020, as a local company is preparing to premiere an internationally-acclaimed musical at The Staircase Theatre.
The Hamilton Theatre Project, a new sister organization to the established Hamilton Choir Project, will be debuting Ordinary Days by American composer Adam Gwon. A funny, moving new musical about finding simple human connection in the midst of fast-moving big city life, Ordinary Days is sure to be deeply relevant and resonant for pretty much any Hamiltonian.
Set in the intimate and immersive space of the Staircase Theatre’s upstairs Bright Room, this gorgeous chamber musical will have audiences sitting inches away from some of Hamilton’s strongest professional talent including Amber Mills, Jeff Giles, Vicktoria Adam, and Nick Settimi.
Under the sturdy direction of Luke Brown and musical direction of Kate Boose, Ordinary Days promises to start the 2020 theatre season off with a bang and a far-from-ordinary theatre experience. With limited seating available, tickets are sure to fly for this Hamilton premiere, so grab yours now!
Ordinary Days, presented by the Hamilton Theatre Project, runs at The Staircase Theatre beginning January 29th. More details and tickets are available here.
