Vintage Charm has moved from James North to Locke Street

A James North shopping staple has found a fresh change of scenery after moving their wares into a storefront on Locke Street.
Vintage Charm, an aptly-named shop featuring all kinds of home décor, body products, and accessories, made the decision to close its doors on James North on March 14th amid concerns surrounding the spread of COVID-19.
The store made the temporary shift to a fully online shopping model, offering free shipping on purchases over $30 until the shop was once again safe to reopen for public access.
Little did the public know that Vintage Charm wouldn’t be reopening its James North doors again at all, as the shop made the surprise move to new digs on the Locke Street South strip. The shop officially announced the move on their social media four weeks ago, and has been busy readying their new home for a grand reopening.
Luckily for Vintage Charm lovers, that reopening was just this past weekend, with the store opening to in-person foot traffic for the first time in their new Locke Street location. However, as the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the shopping experience will look a little different for the time being.
“We will welcome 5 customers in the store at a time and will be taking every precaution to ensure we provide a safe and clean shopping experience,” said Vintage Charm in their announcement on social media. “We will be wiping down counters and debit machines in between customers as well as regularly touched surfaces.”
The store is also continuing with its delivery and curb-side pickup as well, for those who prefer to shop remotely.
