Zellers pop-up coming to Lime Ridge Mall in Hamilton

Hamilton is finally getting its own Zellers pop-up.
Over the past year, the nostalgic Canadian department store chain has been making a modified comeback in the form of pop-ups a mini shops housed within Hudson’s Bay stores across Canada.
Though Hamiltonians could trek to nearby cities to visit one of the Zellers pop-ups and relive the good ol’ days, the city hasn’t had one of its own. Until now!
On September 6th, Zellers announced it would be popping up in all remaining Hudson’s Bay stores across the country, including the multi-level location at Lime Ridge Mall on the Hamilton Mountain.
The new Hamilton location, along with all other forthcoming locations across Canada, are scheduled to open prior to September 22nd.
Before closing its doors nationwide, Zellers was a Canadian brand known for its affordably priced clothing, homewares, toys, décor, wellness products, and much more. Many locations, with their eye-catching red branding, also housed a diner-style restaurant with burgers, sandwiches, and other homestyle comfort foods.
To revive the restaurant side of the experience, Zellers has been sending a food truck to its locations with a condensed menu of classic favourites including the Big Z Burger, hot chicken sandwich, grilled cheese, and fries with gravy.
