A new family-friendly diner specializing in great food and relaxed vibes is on its way to Hamilton.
Rosales Diner is getting ready to open its doors at 303 Dundurn Street South, in the former home of iconic diner Ray’s Boathouse which also recently, briefly housed Berkeley North’s sister restaurant BN Local.
Owned by Roman Kremnev – also of popular Italian bakery and grocer Artie’s on Locke Street – Rosales Diner will feature a menu that is “seasonally inspired, but not overly complicated” according to a post by the forthcoming diner on social media.
“It will change and grow as the neighborhood does, and hopefully, one day, it will feel like it’s been there all along,” wrote Kremnev on Instagram.
Upon opening sometime early this year, Rosales Diner will serve breakfast and lunch with the eventual addition of dinner, and anticipation is already high for this new spot and its promise of well-made, homestyle food & drink.
