Mouth-watering BBQ joint opens in Stoney Creek

Lovers of all things smoked, slow-cooked, and saucy have a new BBQ joint in Hamilton to sink their teeth into. 

Uncle Sam’s BBQ Smoke House recently opened its doors at 490 Arvin Avenue in Stoney Creek as a sister location to their original spot in Brantford. 

Meat is the main event here, led by award-winning smoked ribs as well as deeply flavourful chicken, brisket, pulled pork, and sausage served with sides like cornbread, fries, chili, coleslaw, and BBQ beans.

The menu is rounded off by hefty handhelds like smash burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, and brisket sandwiches; loaded mac & cheese topped with a choice of meat; and bowls with meat, coleslaw, Greek salad mix, and mac & cheese as the base.
